Deep breathing will help .........


--before you go to the podium/dias/stage to
speak,
give a presentation,
perform.
--before appearing for an exam, oral test/viva/ interview.
Taking slow, deep breaths for a few seconds/minutes will relax and calm the nervous body & mind. It will bring back your confidence and you will be able to perform really well.
--when you are angry; let go your anger within seconds.
--while waiting outside the loo desperately, when it is occupied.
