Nuts help u lose weight!


It was a myth earlier that nuts contain fat and produce body heat, but recent research says that nuts are foods that contain monounsaturated fats which are healthy and help to lose weight.

So replace those potato chips, butter popcorns, namkeens etc. with a handful of nuts while watching your favourite T.V. programmes or whenever you are hungry.
Drink plenty of water, not with the snack or meal but between meals.
