I have found that.....

....the yellow chilli powder (which the chaat walas use on the tikki, dahi-gujhia etc.) is real good for health. It is less spicy, tastes good and much better than red chilli powder. This is available in the market as yellow chilli powder. It can be tried atleast in our regular curries; can be used alone or along with any proportion of red chilli powder.

....when I apply the aloe vera pulp from the freshly plucked leaf from my garden pot, it gives my face an instant glow. Peel the leaf, apply the pulp/gel, and wash the face after it dries.
