Recharge your batteries!


Relaxation rejuvenates our body, mind and spirit.

You relax when you are
tired,
after exercise or
mentally tensed.

You can relax while sitting at your desk by:
~ simply closing your eyes
~ deep breathing with eyes closed
~ concentrating on your breath; how the inhalation energises you and exhalation removes all
impurities, worries and tensions.

If you have the space, lying down in SHAVASANA can do wonders to recharge your batteries.
